Greek company is looking for investments in photovoltaic projects in Greece

The Greek company has three photovoltaic projects: Vonitsa (20 MWp), Kozani (18 MWp) and Drama (20 MWp), which are in the same status: Application submitted to determine the conditions for connection to the public electricity grid, this is the last step of his work as a project developer.
The standard waiting time for the granting of this expected connection permit is 12 to 18 months. By applying for storage for these locations, the waiting time for the connection permit to be issued can be reduced to 6 to 12 weeks.
At the same time, there is an application to participate in the tendering process for the purchase of this electricity by the local grid operator. The feed-in tariffs currently on offer range between 5.9- and 6.3-euro cents per kWh. This feed-in tariff, which is guaranteed by the public sector for 20 years, makes the projects “bankable”.
The market price for completed projects is around € 200,000/MW. The investor has the opportunity to secure a 25% share in the operation of the parks or in the proceeds from the rights if he enters the market at this time at a price of €10,000/MW. The minimum amount is € 180,000 for the smallest park. A second-ranking land charge in Freiburg, the assignment of rights and an additional assignment of zeolite mining rights in Greece are available as security for the payment.
